The tiers
The discount is a percentage off the recurring plan charge, and it scales with how many lines you put on the same plan.
- 2 Lines: 5% off the plan charge.
- 3 Lines: 10% off the plan charge.
- 4 Lines: 25% off the plan charge.
- 5–100 Lines: 30% off the plan charge.
What counts as a line
The discount is calculated on the quantity of the phone plan you choose. Four lines of the same plan reach the four-line tier; the percentage then applies to the whole plan charge, not just the fourth line.
Taxes, the regulatory and recovery fee, device purchases and one-time charges sit outside the discount. So do other products: Internet Air, VoIP seats, and hardware are billed on their own terms.
There is no separate family account
This is per-line discounting, not a family-account product. There is no separate family plan to enrol in, no account owner role, and no shared data pool to manage — every line is the same plan with the same inclusions, and the discount follows the count.
In practice that is simpler: pick the plan everyone should have, set the number of lines, and the tier applies automatically.
Home internet is discounted differently
Internet Air does not count toward the multi-line tiers. It has its own bundle price instead: $44.99/mo when bundled with any S Mobile phone plan.
That means a household can stack two different things: the multi-line tier on its phone lines, and the bundled Internet Air rate alongside them.
Frequently asked questions
How much do multi-line discounts save?
The rate depends on the line count: 2 lines 5%, 3 lines 10%, 4 lines 25%, 5–100 lines 30%. The percentage applies to the recurring plan charge.
Do all the lines have to be on the same plan?
Yes. The discount is calculated on the quantity of the plan you select, so the lines share one plan and its inclusions.
Does a wearable, tablet or home internet line count toward a tier?
No. The tier is based on the phone-plan line count. Internet Air has its own separate bundle pricing when paired with a phone plan.
Is this a family plan?
There is no separate family plan product or family account. It is a discount applied to the number of lines on one plan, which is how most households will use it.
